The private beach of the hotel is clean, sandy and well-maintained. It is possible to rent small boats like Booked.nets and others. The hotel's rooms overlook the very beautiful bay. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful bay. The room was a large spacious, the bed is very wide and comfortable. The reservation through the website of Booked.net got breakfast included in price. We also got a full board option affordable and reasonable price. Having seen the meals served in hotel dining rooms, we decided to use this option and we were satisfied. The staff was smiling, very friendly and behave pleasantly.
Too bad the hotel does not offer the option of surfing the Internet at an affordable price.

Sensational breakfast, panoramic views, top location near an island where such wonderful food is served, where the water was cleaner and the market of Crete. Huge and bright room, with a hair dryer and a balcony. Very comfy bed and good facilities...
Very old bathroom.

Thank you all for a very enjoyable stay for a beautiful sea & sun vacation. the location was incredible, at a moderate distance from Voulisma Beach. 3. There were local supermarkets and a small supermarket around the hotel.

The view
This hotel was overpriced to hell, as most luxury hotels are. The problem that we had with it was that me and my girlfriend are 21 years old, so service was piss poor towards us. She recieved crunchy tortellini (completely undercooked) which blew my mind that that got through the kitchen at such a "luxury hotel." Other than the poor service and the overpriced food that apparently was much too difficult for their chefs to taste/test before it went out, the stay was nice. The view was beautiful and had it not been stormy, the water was clear and warm.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the seafront with a fantastic restaurant and bar. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea. the reception administrators, Bianca and Manolis, were real professionals, always helpful and polite. the garden areas were lovely to relax in, and there was a convenient snack and drink area. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was spacious and comfortable. the service was exceptional, and the breakfast offered a variety of fresh and delicious options.
The lack of facilities for children, which may not be ideal for families with young kids.

The location is absolutely fantastic ! You really couldn't ask for much more. A private beach just metres away and a lovely swimming pool with sun longers etc. Good entertainment and excellent facilities.
I couldn't believe that the hotel charges for an internet connection. Considering the price of the rooms, I think that this should be included !

Delightful, not too modern setting. Choice of restaurants and very good food and service. Views spectacular.
Parking facilities were rather limited but realise that this is difficult on such an inclined site.

Stunning views and great food
Stayed for four nights and overall enjoyed our stay. The hotel had an amazing sea view and the food was great. The location was perfect for us with easy access to local attractions. The room was clean and spacious.
The hotel was very noisy, with lots of activities and music being played throughout the day. We were hoping for a relaxing and peaceful break but that wasn't what we got.

Extremely friendly staff, gave a lot of tourist information. Greatly enjoyed the room, it was recently refurbished and reasonably sized.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location was secluded, providing a cozy atmosphere in a cove with a beautiful beach exclusively for hotel guests. We loved the unrestricted views of the sea from the hotel's architecture, including the lobby where the check-in desk was cleverly placed. The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had new towels every day. We enjoyed the breakfast with a lot of choices, and the 15 minute free massage was a great bonus.
None.
